The mission of a Toastmasters Club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth. 
    In Toastmasters, members learn how to successfully formulate, express, and sell their ideas and themselves and get rid of that nervousness they may feel when called upon to speak.  They will improve their ability to listen and evaluate other people's ideas.
